If under any unavoidable circumstances, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of having placed the order.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you have already received the product, then it will be eligible for only for a replacement, if it is found that there are defects with the product.
Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take maximum 48 hours to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same. You can check Cancellation status in the My Orders section of the website. In case your order has been "Shipped", we may not take your cancellation request; however, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of receiving the package, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the product label and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

If a product has been cancelled by the customer as required above, or the product has been cancelled by LRC for any of the above reasons, LRC may, after due diligence initiate a refund of the paid amount. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. Only in some exceptions, we may ask you for the account details for the purpose of the refund.
We will send out an e-mail intimating you of the initiation of the refund process. But sometimes delays are caused by financial institutions. If the refund hasn't been done by the tentative date given by us to you, you can contact us and we shall assist you with the same.
